At Kai Tillman Coaching & Consulting, we value your commitment to personal growth and take pride in providing a premium coaching experience.

 

Our refund policy reflects the time, preparation, and expertise invested in every client engagement.

Refund Policy

1. Coaching & Consulting Services

All coaching and consulting purchases are non-refundable once services begin.
This includes all 1:1 coaching programs, consulting projects, and digital sessions.

If you request cancellation before your first session, a partial refund (minus a 10% administrative fee) may be issued within 3 business days.

 

2. Digital Products

Due to the immediate access provided, digital downloads, workbooks, and online course purchases are non-refundable.

If you experience technical issues accessing a product, contact support within 7 days, and we’ll ensure proper access or replacement.

 

3. Payment Plans

If you enroll using a payment plan, you are committing to full payment of the agreed program or service amount. Missed or late payments may result in paused service until the account is current.

 

4. Coach-Initiated Cancellations

If Kai Tillman Coaching & Consulting must cancel services for any reason, clients will receive a pro-rated refund for undelivered sessions or services.
